The Timney Triggers 401 Featherweight is a drop-in replacement trigger built specifically for the Winchester Model 70 bolt-action rifle. Part of Timney's long-running Featherweight line, the 401 is precision machined and hand-fitted to deliver a crisp, clean break.

The assembly pairs a lightweight aluminum housing with hardened steel working surfaces for a strong, durable trigger platform. A black finish keeps the look understated, and the curved trigger shoe is configured for right-hand installation.

Factory set at 3 lb of draw weight, the pull is user-adjustable from approximately 1.5 to 4 lb, letting you dial in a pull that matches your preferred hunting, target, or defensive application. The 401 is built for the Winchester Model 70 action and replaces the factory trigger assembly, and is also adaptable to the Winchester Model 54 with cocking-piece fitting work.
