Timney machines the one-piece trigger housing from CNC 6061-T6 aircraft-grade billet aluminum, giving the assembly a rigid, lightweight platform. The internal sear and hammer are wire-EDM cut and heat-treated steel for long-term durability and a crisp, consistent break. Both the housing and shoe carry a black finish that blends cleanly with factory or blacked-out 10/22 builds.

This is a true drop-in trigger - installation requires pushing out the two action pins and swapping the entire assembly in. No fitting, grinding, or permanent modifications are needed.
