The 20-inch length makes this drop-in barrel a practical choice for Katahdin owners setting up a straight-walled rifle for whitetail, hog, and similar medium-game hunting.

Built from steel with a classic blued finish, this non-fluted Katahdin barrel ships without sights, letting the end user mount their preferred optic or red dot directly on the Encore action. The muzzle is threaded 5/8x24 and is ready for a suppressor, muzzle brake, or thread protector.
