The Taylor's & Company Short Stroke Runnin Iron Deluxe is an improved single-action revolver built on the classic Single Action Army pattern and chambered in 45 Colt (Long Colt). Part of the Runnin Iron family, the Short Stroke variant reflects the pre-retractable firing pin design that established this model's reputation among single-action shooters.

This Deluxe ships in the Taylor Tuned configuration, with a Taylor Polished finish applied to the forged color case hardened steel frame, the blued cylinder, and the blued 3.5" barrel. The revolver holds 6 rounds in its fluted cylinder and wears a traditional blade front and notched rear sight pair. An exposed hammer with a lower and wider spur is paired with a wide trigger for a classic single-action feel.

A checkered walnut Navy-size grip fills the hand naturally. Overall length is 9.10" and weight comes in at 36.30 oz, giving the Short Stroke Runnin Iron Deluxe a balanced, easy-shooting platform for cowboy action shooting, western-style competition, and casual range time.
