The Taylor's & Company Old Randall is a heritage single-action revolver patterned after the iconic 1873-frame sixgun. Built around a forged steel frame with an overall matte blued finish, this revolver carries Taylor's signature case hardened hammer, matte brass backstrap and triggerguard, and a traditional Walnut Navy-size grip. It is chambered in .357 Magnum, feeding from a smooth-rotating 6-round cylinder, with a round 4.75" barrel.
Designed for Cowboy Action Shooting, old-west reenactment, plinking, and collectors who appreciate period-correct styling, the Old Randall delivers the look and feel of a classic frontier revolver. The sights are intentionally simple - a blade front paired with a notched rear for traditional point shooting. The exposed hammer must be manually cocked before each shot in true single-action fashion, while the loading gate allows for one-at-a-time loading and unloading of six rounds.
Measuring 10.35" overall and weighing approximately 2.45 lbs, the Old Randall balances comfortably in the hand and carries the proportions of an authentic 19th-century sidearm. The matte finish is durable and unobtrusive at the range, while the walnut Navy-size grip fits a wide range of hand sizes. Whether you are outfitting a SASS-legal rig, building out a Western-themed collection, or simply looking for an affordable single-action revolver with real forged-steel construction, the Old Randall brings the spirit of the Old West to the firing line.
