The Taylor's & Company Runnin Iron Deluxe is a purpose-built single-action revolver chambered in .45 Colt (Long Colt) and designed specifically for the sport of Mounted Shooting. Part of the Deluxe line and offered in the factory Taylor Tuned configuration, this sidearm pairs a forged steel frame with the brand's signature polished finishes and a compact 3.50" barrel that balances naturally in the hand.

At its core is a single-action mechanism fed by a 6-round cylinder and a blued steel barrel. The color case hardened steel frame is paired with a Taylor Polished Blued cylinder and barrel for a classic two-tone appearance, while a checkered walnut Navy-size grip, a wide trigger, and the lower and wider hammer of the Runnin Iron design keep handling quick and consistent in the saddle.

Sighting is handled by a traditional blade front paired with a notched rear. The revolver carries at 34.56 oz with an overall length of 9.10", and is built for personal protection, cowboy-action competition, and mounted-shooting events alike.
