The Taylor's & Company 1873 Cattleman Gunfighter is a faithful rendition of the classic Western single-action revolver, chambered in 357 Mag with a 5.50" barrel and a 6-round cylinder. As part of the Gunfighter line, this model features an enlarged Army size grip for a fuller, more positive hand fit than the standard Cattleman, making it a natural choice for cowboy action shooting and Old West enthusiasts.
Built on a forged steel frame finished in traditional color case hardening, the Gunfighter pairs that mottled frame finish with a blued barrel and a blued cylinder for the classic two-tone Cattleman look. The barrel measures 5.50", the cylinder holds six rounds, and overall length is 11.10" with a heft of approximately 40 oz. A fixed blade front sight pairs with a notched rear sight for traditional revolver point shooting, and the exposed hammer drives the crisp single-action-only (SAO) trigger pull.
Grips are walnut in the larger Army size, and the exposed hammer keeps with the period-correct 1873 profile. Whether for cowboy action competition, trail carry, or display in a Western collection, this Cattleman Gunfighter delivers the look, weight, and handling that made the original 1873 a legend.
