The Taylor's & Company 1858 Remington Conversion is a single-action cartridge revolver imported by Taylor's & Company and manufactured by Uberti in Italy. This Conversion version updates the original 1858 Remington cap-and-ball percussion design with a modern cartridge cylinder, giving today's shooter the look and feel of a period blackpowder revolver while running factory .45 Colt ammunition.

Chambered in 45 LC, this revolver features an 8" barrel and a 6-round cylinder. The action is SAO (single-action-only) with an exposed hammer for traditional cocked-and-fired handling. Sights are a period-correct dovetail blade front paired with a notched rear for classic open-sight aiming.

Built on a steel frame, the revolver wears an overall nickel-plated engraved finish, with the barrel and cylinder finished in white engraved for a presentation-grade appearance well suited to display or period-themed shooting.
