The Taylors and Company 1873 Gunfighter revives the classic Single Action Army silhouette in .45 Colt (LC), pairing a 5.50" blued steel barrel with a color case hardened steel frame. The traditional two-tone finish and exposed hammer carry the original 1873 SAA look, while smooth walnut Army size grips give the handgun a fuller, more traditional hand fit.
Built as a true SAO (Single Action Only) revolver, the Gunfighter cycles a 6-round blued cylinder behind the blued barrel. Fixed blade front and notched rear sights deliver the period-correct sighting picture, and the case-hardened frame is the visual highlight, contrasted against the same blued finish on the barrel and cylinder. A standard frame size keeps the profile faithful to the original 1873 pattern.
Weighing 36 oz unloaded with an 11.10" overall length, the 5.5" Gunfighter balances well in the hand for Cowboy Action Shooting, Western recreation, and range work, while the .45 Colt chambering makes it a capable personal-protection piece as well. This is Taylor's & Company's blued / case-hardened offering in the 1873 Gunfighter line, purpose-built around the reproduction single-action revolver market.
