Taurus TX 9 Full Size 9mm Luger 4.50" 17+1 Striker-Fired Semi-Auto Pistol

The Taurus TX 9 Full Size is a duty-grade 9mm Luger striker-fired semi-automatic pistol engineered around a 4.50" barrel and a 17+1 capacity. Developed jointly by Taurus USA and the Taurus factory in Brazil, this Full Size variant is built for the modern service-pistol role across range, home-defense, and uniformed carry use.

The slide is machined from alloy steel with a black nitride coating and cut for the company's T.O.R.O. (Taurus Optic Ready Option) direct-mount red-dot pattern. Slide serrations support press checks and easy manipulation, and the barrel carries a matching black nitride finish for corrosion resistance. The frame is machined from stainless steel, given a black finish, and includes an integral Picatinny accessory rail for mounting a weapon light or laser.

Controls consist of a firing pin block safety paired with a manual safety. The grip module features an interchangeable backstrap system - Taurus ships four backstraps with the pistol so the shooter can tune hand fit. The TX 9 Full Size measures 7.75" overall, stands 5.2" tall, is 1.28" wide, and weighs approximately 25 oz empty.

Two 17-round magazines ship with the pistol, giving you a full complement of spares for range time right out of the box.
