The Taurus Judge Magnum is a compact double-action/single-action revolver that chambers both 45 Colt (Long Colt) and 3" 410 Magnum shotshells from the same five-shot cylinder, blending traditional handgun ballistics with mini-shotgun versatility in one capable package. The Compact configuration pairs a 3" matte stainless steel barrel with a matte stainless cylinder and a stainless steel frame, finished in a low-glare matte stainless that shrugs off the elements.

Purpose-built for personal protection and sport shooting, the Judge Magnum Compact tips the scales at 37 oz and stretches 9.50" overall, giving it a substantial feel that helps soak up recoil. A bright fiber optic front sight delivers a fast, intuitive aiming reference, while the exposed hammer lets the shooter run the action in smooth double-action or cock it for a crisp single-action pull. Black finger-groove grips provide a secure, ergonomic hold whether the cylinder is loaded with 45 Colt rounds or 410 shotshells.

The Judge platform has long been known for its dual-chamber design, and this Magnum variant extends that capability by accepting full 3" 410 Magnum shells, in addition to standard 2.5" 410 shotshells and any 45 Colt load.
