Taurus 856 38 Special +P 2" 6-Shot Revolver - CA Compliant

The Taurus 856 is a compact double-action/single-action revolver chambered in 38 Special +P, purpose-built for everyday concealed carry, off-body carry, and home defense. This *CA Compliant small-frame six-shooter wears a 2" barrel and a 6-shot cylinder in a carry-friendly package that weighs just 22 oz.

Built around a carbon steel frame, the 856 pairs a matte black barrel and cylinder finish with comfortable black finger-grooved rubber grips that help tame recoil with +P defensive loads. The DA/SA trigger is matched to an exposed hammer for deliberate single-action work and to a Taurus transfer bar safety that only allows firing when the trigger is fully pressed. Sights are a removable serrated front blade and a fixed rear notch for fast, intuitive alignment.

With an overall length of 6.55", the 856 disappears inside the waistband, rides comfortably in an outside-the-waistband holster, and serves equally well as a nightstand defender. It ships in current New factory condition and is rated for 38 Special +P ammunition, giving shooters a proven, easy-shooting revolver for personal protection.
