Taurus 650 357 Mag/38 Special +P 2" 5-Shot DAO Stainless Revolver

The Taurus 650 is a compact, 5-shot double-action-only revolver built on a small stainless steel frame and purpose-built for concealed carry. Originally introduced as the "CIA 650," the 650 is Taurus's snub-nosed .357 Magnum variant of the Model 605 lineup, pairing a shrouded hammer with snag-free sights for clean draws from cover.

Chambered for .357 Magnum and rated for .38 Special +P, this revolver feeds from a 5-shot cylinder backed by a transfer-bar safety system. The double-action-only (DAO) trigger is matched to a fully concealed hammer, eliminating any snag point at the rear of the gun and keeping the profile smooth against the body.

The 2" stainless steel barrel and stainless cylinder ride on a stainless steel small frame, giving the 650 a uniform silver finish throughout. A removable front blade sight and a fixed rear sight deliver a simple, snag-free sight picture. Black rubber grips fill the hand and tame recoil, even with full-power .357 Magnum loads.

At 22.93 oz unloaded and just 7.66" overall, the 650 slips easily into a pocket or inside-the-waistband holster. The transfer-bar safety, DAO trigger, and concealed hammer make it a purpose-built backup gun and everyday concealed-carry revolver in the Taurus small-frame tradition.
