The Talon Grips 384R is a custom-fit, adhesive-backed grip panel made specifically for Glock Gen5 pistols fitted with the large interchangeable backstrap, including the Glock 19, 23, 25, 32, 38, and 44. This 384R version is cut to the exact outline of the specified Gen5 frame so it follows every factory contour for a clean, factory-looking install.

Constructed of textured rubber in black, this rear-wrap grip provides full side-panel coverage including the thumb rest, trigger guard, and high coverage on the backstrap. The rubber compound is ultra-thin (less than .5mm thick), so it does not materially change the factory grip dimensions or holster fit of the host pistol, while adding positive traction and improved control during live fire. The softer rubber texture is well-suited to concealed-carry use, where it is less likely to irritate skin or snag on clothing than rougher granulate surfaces.

Installation uses a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing - the panel sticks firmly to the frame and can be removed later if the shooter wants to revert to the factory grip surface. No gunsmithing or permanent modification to the pistol is required. Talon Grips products are made in the USA.

The 384R fits only Glock Gen5 frames equipped with the large backstrap; pistols running the medium or small backstrap require the corresponding Talon SKU.
