The Talley Picatinny Base is a precision scope mount CNC machined specifically for the Howa Mini action. Cut from lightweight 7000-series aluminum alloy and finished with hard-coat anodizing to 65 Rockwell, this American-made base provides a rigid, MIL-STD-1913 platform for mounting your optic.

Built to the MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny specification, the rail accepts any standard Picatinny ring set, allowing you to attach scopes, red dots, and magnifiers. An integrated 20 MOA cant angles the rail forward, giving you additional elevation travel for long-range shooting where you need every bit of vertical adjustment your optic can offer.

Installation is straightforward - the base drops directly onto the Howa Mini action and is secured using the action's existing screw holes, no gunsmithing required.
