Talley constructs this mount from lightweight aircraft-grade aluminum and finishes every piece on CNC machining centers to industry-tight tolerances. The result is a strong, lightweight, one-piece ring and base combo that mounts directly to the Winchester XPR receiver using the included mounting screws.
