The TacFire MAR050B Mil-Spec Buffer Tube Kit is a complete stock-assembly package for AR-15 and M4 pattern carbines. Built around a Mil-Spec diameter 6-position receiver extension tube and a matching collapsible stock, the kit provides builders and gunsmiths with every component needed to finish out a standard AR-15 lower receiver.

The buffer tube is machined from 6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminum and finished in matte black anodizing with a Type III Class II hard coat for excellent wear and corrosion resistance. Six indexed detent positions let the included 6-position carbine stock with buttpad be set to a comfortable length-of-pull for a wide range of shooters.

This kit includes the Mil-Spec 6-position buffer tube, 6-position stock with buttpad, carbine-length buffer, carbine buffer spring, castle nut, and end plate - everything needed for a complete installation.
