The SureFire SOCOM 3-Prong Flash Hider is a precision-machined muzzle device designed for 7.62mm AR-10 pattern rifles. Part of SureFire's flagship SOCOM line, the SF3P-762-5/8-24 features a patent-pending three-prong design that reduces visible muzzle flash by more than 99% when compared to an open muzzle, making it well suited for low-light and night-vision applications.

Built from stainless steel and finished in a hard-wearing Black DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating, the SF3P threads onto any barrel with a 5/8x24 tpi pattern. Its short 2.6" overall length keeps the muzzle end of the rifle compact and snag-free, while the DLC finish provides excellent corrosion and wear resistance under hard field use.
