The Surefire M640U Scout Light Pro is a recoil-proof, ultra-high-output weapon-mounted light that delivers 1,000 lumens of blinding white light from a virtually indestructible LED paired with Surefire's TIR lens. Purpose-built for rifles, carbines, and shotguns, the Pro-series Scout Light pairs compact, lightweight performance with a low-profile swivel mount that clamps to both Picatinny and M-LOK rails, letting the operator reposition the beam without loosening the throw-lever.

Housed in a rugged black anodized aluminum body measuring just 5.50" overall with a 1.125" head diameter, the M640U weighs only 4.40 oz. Two CR123A batteries power the regulated LED for 1.25 hours of continuous runtime, producing a tightly focused beam of 11,300 candela with an effective 213-meter beam reach for close- and medium-range target identification.

A tail-cap click switch provides both momentary and constant-on activation, and the housing is sealed to IPX7 waterproof standards for reliable operation in rain, mud, and brief immersion.
