The Surefire EDC1-DFT is a high-performance everyday-carry flashlight built around a precision parabolic reflector that delivers a focused, far-reaching beam from a genuinely pocketable size. Machined from aluminum with a black hard-anodized finish and sealed for waterproof service, the light measures just 4.76" overall with a 1.258" head diameter and tips the scales at 4.56 oz.

True to its Dual-Fuel name, the EDC1-DFT runs on either the included SF18350 rechargeable lithium-ion battery for full-power output of 650 lumens (45-minute runtime), or a single CR123A primary for a still-useful 350 lumens. A low mode provides 25 lumens for close-up work and extended runtime. With the 18350 cell installed, the light generates a peak beam intensity of 95,000 candela (roughly 55,000 candela on CR123A), reaching out to approximately 616 meters - real "turbo throw" performance in an EDC form factor.

A simple tail cap switch controls activation, and the body wears Surefire's signature hard anodizing for excellent wear resistance.
