The SureFire DG-18 is a low-profile remote grip switch assembly designed to mount directly to a railed standard 1911 pistol, letting the shooter run a compatible X-Series weapon light without breaking their firing grip. A center-mounted pressure pad puts light control right under the trigger finger, so both hands stay wrapped on the pistol while the illumination tool is operated.

The DG-18 plugs into the SureFire X300 and X400 series WeaponLights, delivering reliable momentary-on activation with a simple press of the pad and a constant-on toggle for sustained illumination. This push/toggle switch is well suited to duty, defensive, and tactical applications where positive light control and a solid grip need to happen at the same time. The switch sits cleanly against the 1911 frame and accessory rail, keeping the overall profile tight and snag-free.
