The Stroup Knives SD1 is a purpose-built push dagger in a compact fixed blade format, designed as a discreet last-line-of-defense tool. It pairs a 2.5" double-edge dagger blade ground from 1095 high carbon steel with sculpted black G10 handle scales, producing a push knife that indexes naturally in a closed fist and deploys instantly from concealment.

The symmetrical dagger-point blade carries a non-reflective acid etched finish that mutes glare and helps hide scratches from hard use. Stroup heat-treats the 1095 to a working 58-59 HRC, giving the carbon steel a solid balance of edge retention and easy field touch-up. At a 5" overall length, the SD1 is sized for pocket or appendix carry without printing or getting in the way.

The black G10 handle scales are contoured and textured for a positive grip, even when wet or gloved, and the open handle design allows multiple grip options. Each SD1 ships with a form-fit Kydex sheath set up for ambidextrous carry, so the knife is ready to run right out of the package.
