The Stroup Knives MK2S is a compact fixed-blade knife handcrafted in the USA from 1095 high carbon steel. The Slim variant of the proven MK2 platform, co-designed with an active-duty Tier One operator and developed by Jake McCluskey, delivers a 4" drop-point blade finished in black Cerakote for corrosion resistance and a low visual signature in the field.
The 1095 high carbon steel blade is hardened to 58-59 HRC, balancing edge retention with the toughness required for hard use. The drop-point profile provides a strong tip and ample belly for utility cutting, while the slim profile keeps the knife light and fast in the hand. The Cerakote coating protects the blade against the elements and reduces reflectivity, and the full-tang construction carries the steel from tip to pommel for maximum strength.
Contoured G10 scales in Flat Dark Earth (FDE) form the handle, providing a secure, all-weather grip that stays confident wet or dry. The two-tone color scheme pairs the tactical black blade with an earth-tone grip, and the fixed-blade format makes the MK2S a true hard-use tool rather than an EDC folder. A Kydex sheath is standard for carry and rapid deployment.
Every Stroup MK2S is built in the United States to the same standards as the rest of the MK2 line, designed for real-world hard use by operators and serious knife users. The slim, no-nonsense fixed-blade format is built to be carried, drawn, and put to work on demand.
