The Strike Industries Slick Pistol Receiver Extension Tube is a purpose-built buffer tube designed for AR-pistol platforms. Machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with a black anodized finish, the CARPRE (Carbine Pistol Receiver Extension) offers substantially greater strength than standard 6061 aluminum tubes while keeping weight low for a balanced pistol build.

At 5.28" long and weighing only 3.80 oz, the Slick tube threads onto a standard AR pistol lower in place of a fixed receiver extension. A supported, anti-rotation buffer retaining plunger keeps the buffer and spring securely retained during firing, addressing a common weak point on pistol-buffer installations. The tube uses a standard carbine-length thread pattern and is ready to accept the pistol stabilizing brace, end plate, and castle nut of your choice.

This is the CARPRE-SLICK-BK model in black anodized finish, in new condition. Sold as a single buffer tube only - installation hardware, castle nut, end plate, buffer, and spring are not included.
