The Strike Industries JComp Gen 2 is a muzzle compensator inspired by the classic Japanese Type 89 service-rifle brake and re-engineered for the modern AR-platform. Machined from steel with a black finish, the Gen 2 design delivers increased muzzle-rise compensation while keeping a compact 2.55" overall length that suits both 308-pattern carbines and DMR-style builds.

Set up for 308 Win / 7.62x51mm NATO, the JComp Gen 2 carries 5/8x24 threading and measures 0.87" in outer body diameter with a 0.34" through-bore so it indexes cleanly on a standard barrel shoulder. The all-steel construction is built to handle repeated strings of full-power rifle fire without adding bulk to the host rifle.
