The Strike Industries CARPRE is a carbine-length pistol receiver extension engineered specifically for the AR pistol platform. Machined from 7075-T6 aluminum, the CARPRE delivers substantially greater strength than standard 6061 aluminum tubes while keeping weight low on pistol-buffer builds.

The tube features a Flat Dark Earth anodized finish and threads onto any standard AR lower receiver. It is Mil-Spec compatible, making it a direct-fit upgrade for AR pistols running a carbine-length buffer and spring.

A supported, anti-rotation buffer retaining plunger keeps the buffer captured under recoil so it does not walk out of the tube, an issue common with pistol extensions that lack positive retention. An integrated QD sling swivel socket at the rear of the tube accepts any push-button quick-detach sling swivel for comfortable carry and transitions.
