The Strike Industries AR-SMC-RED Magazine Catch is a direct-fit upgrade for AR-platform lower receivers, pairing an enhanced steel magazine catch with a sculpted 6061-T6 aluminum release button. The button is machined from solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum and finished in red hardcoat anodizing, giving it a distinctive look and a long-wearing surface that holds up to repeated magazine changes.

Designed as a functional and aesthetic alternative to the standard mil-spec catch, the button features deep serrations and an ergonomic shape that provides positive engagement during reloads, whether at the bench, on the move, or while wearing gloves. The steel magazine catch body drops into any standard AR lower in place of the factory part.
