The Strike Industries AR Castle Nut and Extended End Plate combo is an upgraded buffer-tube retention package for the AR-platform lower receiver. Machined from steel and finished in Blue Hardcoat Anodized, this two-piece set replaces the factory castle nut and end plate, supporting more of the receiver extension's threaded area while improving fit and aesthetics at the rear of the lower.

The lengthened castle nut is engineered to match the extended end plate, presenting a longer bearing surface against the receiver extension threads. The extended end plate is sized to mirror that added length, keeping the rear of the lower flush while reinforcing the buffer tube retention point. Together, the pair presents a matched, purpose-built appearance versus the stock components.

A built-in Quick-Detach (QD) sling swivel mount is integrated directly into the extended end plate, giving the shooter a dedicated attachment point for push-button QD slings without requiring a separate aftermarket mount or adapter. Installation uses standard AR armorer tools and follows the same castle-nut staking procedure as the factory components, making this a straightforward drop-in upgrade.
