The Streamlight TLR-8 G Sub is a compact, rail-mounted tactical weapon light engineered specifically for subcompact Glock pistols. Designed exclusively for the Glock 43X MOS, 48 MOS, and rail-equipped Glock 43X/48 models, this sub gun light pairs a high-output 500-lumen white LED with an integrated green aiming laser (510-530 nm) in a single, low-profile package.

The white LED produces a focused beam with a reach of 141 meters and a peak intensity of 5,000 candela. Run time is 1.5 hours on the light-only or light/laser combo setting, while the green laser alone runs approximately 11 hours. Three operating modes - LED only, LED/laser combo, and laser only - are selected via ambidextrous rear paddle switches for intuitive activation by either hand.

A single CR123A lithium battery powers the unit, and the housing is finished in durable black anodized construction for corrosion resistance. The TLR-8 G Sub attaches via Streamlight's tool-free rail clamp system that locks securely to the host pistol's accessory rail without putting forward pressure on the trigger guard. Total weight is just 2.77 oz, so the light adds minimal bulk to the host pistol.
