The Streamlight Stinger DS LED flashlight is a professional-grade rechargeable handheld built around a 6000 series aluminum body with a rubberized grip and a black anodized finish. Designed for law enforcement, security, and general-duty carry, it measures 8.85 inches overall with a 1.62-inch head diameter and a 1.17-inch body, weighing 12.8 ounces.

The Stinger DS uses Streamlight's Dual Switch design, pairing a push-button tail cap with a head-mounted push button for instant access to three output modes from either grip position: high at 425 lumens, medium at 200 lumens, and low at 100 lumens. The C4 LED delivers a peak beam distance of 322 meters on high with a 26,000-candela peak intensity and a run time of 3 hours on the high setting. The light is rated IPX4 water resistant for use in rain and wet conditions and is impact-tested to 1 meter.

Power comes from a rechargeable 3-cell Sub-C nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) battery pack topped off via the included 120V AC and 12V DC smart charger, allowing charge from either a wall outlet or a vehicle.
