The Streamlight SL-SideSaddle USB is a compact, hands-free lighting solution engineered to mount securely on hard hats, safety helmets, and brimmed hats without obstructing the wearer's field of view. This 61621 kit ships with the SL-SideSaddle USB light and the dedicated hard hat and hat mount kit, ready to install on standard industrial head protection right out of the box.

The light delivers a maximum of 400 lumens using three beam profiles - spot, flood, and a spot/flood combo - each switchable between high and low output levels. On the spot/flood combo at high output, the SL-SideSaddle USB pushes 400 lumens with a 130-meter beam reach and a 5-hour runtime; drop down to a lower setting and runtime stretches to 12 hours. An integrated rear safety taillight provides added visibility from behind for jobsite safety, while the IPX-rated water-resistant housing stands up to rain, dust, and rough industrial conditions.

Power comes from a built-in rechargeable battery topped up via a modern USB-C port, eliminating the need for disposable cells. The integrated tail switch includes a blue LED indicator for at-a-glance status, and the compact housing measures just 3" long x 2.25" wide x 1.14" high with a total weight of 3.4 oz - light enough to wear comfortably on a hat, hard hat, or helmet through a full shift.
