Streamlight Sidewinder Compact III Aviation Light 275 Lumens w/NVG Mount

The Streamlight Sidewinder Compact III Aviation Light (model 14533) is a purpose-built, ultra-compact hands-free illumination tool engineered for rotary-wing aircrew and tactical helmet applications. This NVG-equipped version ships ready to attach to HGU-84 aircrew helmets and FAST, BUMP, and ACH-ARC style helmet rails via the included dedicated NVG mount.

At the core of the Sidewinder Compact III is a high-output white LED delivering up to 275 lumens on High, with a beam distance of roughly 113 meters and a peak intensity of 3,200 candela. The light features Streamlight's signature 185-degree tilting head, letting the operator aim the beam where it is needed without repositioning the helmet, and offers multiple output modes with extended runtimes reaching 70+ hours.

True multi-fuel capability lets the user power the unit from a single AA alkaline battery or a single 3-volt CR123A lithium battery, giving aircrew and ground personnel meaningful field flexibility. The housing is built to withstand hard use, carrying an IPX7 waterproof rating to 1 meter for 30 minutes and surviving a 3-meter impact resistance test. The Sidewinder Compact III also meets MIL-STD-810H, Method 512.6 environmental standards.

Compact at just 3.1" long and weighing approximately 2.7 ounces, the Sidewinder Compact III also includes a durable belt/gear clip for use off the helmet. Each unit ships boxed with the NVG mount and one AA alkaline battery included.
