The Streamlight PolyStinger DS LED is a rechargeable tactical handheld flashlight built around a C4 LED and a super-tough, non-conductive nylon polymer body with a non-slip rubberized comfort grip. The "DS" designation stands for dual switch, giving the user both a head-mounted push-button and a tail-cap push-button so the light can be activated from either end without changing grip.

Output is microprocessor-controlled across three intensity modes plus a strobe mode. On High the PolyStinger DS LED pushes 485 lumens out to a beam distance of 335 meters (28,000 candela) with a runtime of roughly 3 hours.
