The Streamlight FlipMate is a compact, USB-rechargeable work light that delivers up to 500 lumens of cool white LED output, plus a secondary 90 CRI LED panel with Streamlight's Color-Rite Technology for true-color task lighting. The FlipMate is built around a folding, 270-degree rotating light bar that aims the beam exactly where it is needed, and the body incorporates a magnetic base and a stowable hang hook so the light can stand, stick to metal surfaces, or hang in the work area.

Power comes from an integrated, non-replaceable lithium-ion battery rated at 3,800 mAh. The FlipMate runs approximately 4 hours on the 500-lumen high setting and up to 6 hours on the lower setting. A micro-USB cord is included and a full recharge takes roughly 4.5 hours.
