The Streamlight 75431 Stinger LED HL is a rechargeable, high-lumen handheld flashlight built for professional and tactical use. It produces three user-selectable output levels plus a disorienting strobe from a premium C4 LED, with a maximum output of 800 Lumens and a beam reach of up to 310 meters on the high setting.

The housing is machined from 6000-series anodized aluminum in a black finish, with a non-slip rubberized comfort grip and an anti-roll rubber ring around the head. The lens is impact-resistant polycarbonate, and the body is sealed to an IPX4 water-resistant rating for dependable operation in rain and wet conditions.

Three lighting modes and strobe are accessed through dual push-button switches: a tail cap button and a head-mounted button that cycle high / medium / low / strobe in sequence. The high setting delivers 800 Lumens with a 1.5-hour runtime, the medium setting produces 400 Lumens with 2.5 hours of runtime, and the low setting gives 200 Lumens with an extended runtime for general task use.

Power comes from an internal, rechargeable 3-cell, 3.6V nickel-metal hydride (NiMH) sub-C battery rated for up to roughly 1,000 recharge cycles.
