The Streamlight TLR-9 is a compact, rail-mounted weapon light built for full-size and compact railed pistols. Machined from 6000 series aluminum and finished in a corrosion-resistant black anodized coating, the TLR-9 drives a white LED to a peak output of 1,000 lumens and 10,000 candela, throwing a focused beam out to 200 meters with strong peripheral coverage for threat identification at close range.

Activation is handled through ambidextrous rear paddle switches that deliver both momentary and constant-on operation, plus a user-enabled strobe function. On high, the TLR-9 runs for 1.5 continuous hours, and the strobe runs for 3 hours, both powered by a pair of CR123A lithium batteries. The low-profile rail grip clamp mounting system secures the light to a wide range of handgun accessory rails without tools and without placing the operator's hands in front of the muzzle.

At just 3.87" overall and weighing 4.26 oz with batteries installed, the TLR-9 adds serious illumination without adding meaningful bulk. The sealed body is rated IPX7 waterproof to 1 meter for 30 minutes, so the light keeps running through rain, stream crossings, and hard field use.
