The Streamlight Double Clutch USB Headlamp (model 61601) is a compact, lightweight, hands-free illumination tool built from tough polycarbonate for work, outdoor, and tactical use. It produces a bright white LED beam with two output levels, switching between 30 lumens on low and 125 lumens on high, with a beam reach of up to 82 meters (1,700 candela peak beam intensity) on the high setting.

The Double Clutch is built around independent spot and flood beams that can be activated separately or together depending on the task. The spot beam reaches out for distance illumination while the flood beam lights up close-range work areas. A 60-degree tilting head lets the user aim the beam without repositioning the headlamp on the brow.

A unique rotating head switch makes mode and beam selection intuitive: turn the head to move between spot and flood, and cycle through high and low output from the same control. The housing is impact-resistant and water-resistant, designed to hold up in harsh conditions. Power comes from an internal rechargeable lithium-ion polymer battery charged via USB, delivering run times of roughly 3.5 hours on high and around 10 hours on low. The light weighs just 4 oz, with an overall length of 1.60", a body diameter of 2.4", and a head/facecap diameter of 1.75".
