The Stern Defense SD15 Mod5 M-LOK upper is configured for 45 ACP and uses a 16.1 in barrel.

Its barrel is made from 4150 Chrome Moly steel with a 1:16 twist and a Black Melonite finish. The 7075-T6 aluminum receiver has an anodized finish.
