The Steiner 8700-MPS Micro Pistol Sight is a compact, purpose-built reflex optic designed for today's optic-ready pistol slides. Built on the proven ACRO footprint, the MPS drops onto any pistol that accepts an ACRO-pattern baseplate adapter, giving users a rugged, low-profile aiming solution with fast target acquisition and a clean sight picture.

At its core, the MPS uses a 1x magnification window with a 20mm x 16mm objective, an unlimited field of view, and unlimited eye relief so the shooter can keep both eyes open and acquire the dot instantly. The daylight-bright 3.3 MOA red dot reticle is easy to find under bright conditions and precise enough for accurate hold placement at handgun ranges. 1 MOA windage and elevation adjustments let you zero the optic to your specific pistol, and the fully adjustable controls keep tuning simple at the bench or in the field.

Steiner built the MPS to take real abuse. The housing carries a matte black finish, is sealed to be dust proof and waterproof, and uses a multi-coated lens system to keep the glass clear in punishing environments. The window measures just 1.77" long and the entire optic weighs only 2.05 oz, so it stays light and unobtrusive on a carry pistol, duty gun, or competition slide.

Power comes from a single CR1632 battery, delivering up to 13,000 hours of runtime with 8 brightness settings (6 daylight plus 2 night-vision compatible) and a user-selectable auto-off feature to preserve battery life when the optic is holstered. The ACRO mounting pattern also means the MPS is compatible with a wide range of aftermarket plate systems, so it can ride on many of the most popular striker-fired and hammer-fired pistol platforms.
