The Standard Manufacturing SAA is a single-action revolver chambered in .45 LC (.45 Long Colt), built in the tradition of the legendary 1873 Single Action Army with modern CNC precision. This configuration pairs a 4.75" barrel with a 6-round cylinder, delivering the classic balance of sight radius, handling, and historical authenticity that revolver enthusiasts expect from a traditional sixgun.

Every component of this revolver is machined from solid 4140 steel — there are no cast or metal-injection-molded parts anywhere in the build. The frame wears a traditional case colored finish, achieved through bone and color case hardening to produce the distinctive mottled blue, straw, and charcoal patina reminiscent of original 19th-century color-cased sixguns. The spurred hammer is also bone and color case hardened for a matched appearance, and the action uses a cone-shaped firing pin mounted in the hammer with no transfer bar — a faithful nod to the original 1873 Single Action Army design.
