The SSK Firearms Contender 357 Maximum 10" Barrel is a drop-in replacement barrel for the Thompson/Center Contender and SSK-50 single-shot pistol frames, chambered in the 357 Maximum cartridge.

Machined from stainless steel and finished with a soft glass bead surface, this 10-inch Contender barrel delivers long-lasting corrosion resistance and a low-glare profile well-suited to both hunting and range use.

The 357 Maximum chambering is paired with a compact 10-inch tube, giving shooters a handy, well-balanced package on either a Contender or SSK-50 frame. The barrel ships complete with an integrated TSOB scope base, providing a solid, optics-ready mounting platform right out of the box. Simply drop the barrel into the frame, torque the locking screws, mount your optic, and you are ready to shoot.
