The Springfield Armory Echelon 4.5F Comp is a modern striker-fired 9mm Luger duty pistol built around a stainless steel chassis. Its 4.5" cold hammer-forged barrel carries a Melonite finish and pairs with a slide machined for an integrated single-port compensator that flattens muzzle rise and softens felt recoil during fast strings of fire. The optic-ready slide accepts RMR, DPP, and RMSc footprint red dots directly and features front and rear serrations for confident manipulations.

This Comp Gear Pac configuration ships from the factory with two magazines: a flush 17-round magazine for low-print carry and an extended 20-round magazine for full-capacity duty use. The Echelon 4.5F Comp runs a 20+1 capacity with the extended mag and 17+1 with the flush-fit magazine, giving the shooter both a snag-free daily-carry profile and a full-capacity loadout from the same pistol.

Built for hard use, the Echelon features an oversized trigger guard for easy access with gloved hands, a clean striker-fired trigger, and textured black grips paired with a black-finished slide and frame. There is no manual thumb safety on this duty-oriented configuration. With the flush magazine seated the pistol weighs 23.9 oz, stands 5.5" tall, and measures 8" overall.
