The Springfield Armory 1911 TRP is a premium tactical .45 ACP single-action semi-automatic pistol purpose-built for carry and duty use. Built around a lightweight forged aluminum Carry Contour frame, this TRP carries less weight on the belt than traditional all-steel 1911s while preserving the shootable balance and natural pointability the platform is known for. The slide rides over a crisp single-action trigger and is topped with night sights for fast, intuitive target acquisition in low light.

The 4.25" hammer-forged stainless steel match-grade barrel is mated to the slide to deliver the accuracy serious shooters expect from the TRP line. Finished in Coyote Brown Cerakote, the pistol pairs a rugged protective coating with a distinctive low-vis finish suited to carry and field environments. An overall length of 7.9" and a height of 5.5" keep the carry profile compact, while a total weight of 27.3 oz keeps the gun manageable all day on the hip.
