Springfield Armory 1911 Operator AOS 9mm 5" 9+1 Semi-Auto Pistol

The Springfield Armory 1911 Operator AOS in 9mm Luger is a duty-grade, optics-ready evolution of the classic 1911 platform built for serious defensive and range use. This full-size single-action semi-automatic pistol pairs a 5" match-grade forged stainless steel barrel with a 1:16 twist and a fully supported ramp to a carbon steel slide finished in Black Cerakote. The slide is cut for Springfield's Agency Optic System (AOS) so a red dot can be mounted directly to it, and it carries forward cocking serrations for easier manipulations.

The carbon steel frame carries a matching Black Cerakote finish and is fitted with VZ G10 grip panels for a confident hold. An integral Picatinny rail under the dust cover accepts a weapon light or laser, while the ambidextrous thumb safety provides positive, equal-access control for both right- and left-handed shooters. At 9+1 capacity in 9mm Luger, with an 8.6" overall length and 42 oz carry weight, the Operator AOS delivers the familiar single-action 1911 shooting experience with modern, duty-grade refinements.
