The Springfield Armory 1911 Garrison is a full-size single-stack 1911 pistol chambered in 9mm Luger that pairs the classic, time-tested 1911 manual of arms with the softer-recoiling 9mm chambering. Built on a blued carbon steel frame fitted with an extended beavertail, the Garrison delivers traditional 1911 ergonomics in a modern, range-ready package.

A 5-inch stainless match grade barrel anchors the pistol, fitted to deliver the accuracy the 1911 platform is known for. The slide is forged from blued carbon steel and cut with serrrations for positive press checks and confident slide manipulation, giving the Garrison a clean, traditional all-steel appearance.

Feeding the action is a 9+1 single-stack magazine, putting nine rounds in the magazine plus one in the chamber. Thinline wood grips keep the grip profile slim and complement the blued finish with a period-correct aesthetic. The result is a balanced, all-steel 1911 that handles naturally and shoots flat.
