The Speer Lawman RHT in 40 S&W is built for safer, cleaner range training, loaded with a 125 grain SinterFire frangible bullet engineered specifically for use on steel targets and indoor ranges. The RHT (Reduced Hazard Training) projectile breaks apart on impact rather than ricocheting or splattering like conventional full metal jacket rounds, making it an ideal pick for close-quarters practice, steel-plate drills, and any environment where bullet fragmentation and back-splash are a concern.
Each cartridge is built around reloadable brass and produces a muzzle velocity of 900 fps with 284 ft lbs of muzzle energy. The SinterFire bullet is constructed from 100% sintered copper, with no lead core or jacketed lead, which significantly cuts airborne lead exposure and barrel fouling during high-volume training sessions while keeping the external dimensions and point of aim consistent with duty-grade defensive ammunition.
Designed for target shooting, Lawman RHT lets shooters train realistically with the same 40 S&W platform they carry or compete with, without the hazards associated with traditional FMJ training rounds. Whether you are running drills on steel, training indoors, or logging range time for qualification, the Speer Lawman RHT frangible load delivers reliable cycling, consistent accuracy, and a much cleaner range session.
