Cast to a uniform .535" diameter at 229 grains per ball, they deliver the sphericity and weight consistency needed for tight, repeatable patched-ball accuracy down a muzzleloader bore.

Speer is well known for tight quality control on its component projectiles, and these round balls are no exception. Each ball is cast round, smooth, and true to spec so the patch seats evenly and the projectile tracks straight whether you are hunting with a traditional flintlock or percussion longrifle, running an in-line muzzleloader, or putting lead downrange at the range with a .54 caliber muzzleloading pistol.
