The SnapSafe 75210 Lock Box XL is a compact pistol safe built from 16 gauge steel with a black finish. Sized to hold one handgun, the case measures 10" wide x 7" tall x 2" deep and weighs 6 lbs, making it equally at home on a nightstand, in a vehicle, or packed in checked luggage.

Access is controlled by an easy-to-operate steel key lock mechanism, and the interior is lined with protective foam to cushion the firearm and keep it from shifting during transport. The Lock Box XL is also fireproof, rated to withstand 1 hour at 2300 degrees F to help protect valuables in a fire.

The case meets TSA airline firearm requirements for checked baggage and ships with a security cable for tethering the box to a fixed object when in use.
