Smith & Wesson PC 1911 Pro Sub-Compact 45 ACP 3" 7+1 SAO Pistol

The Smith & Wesson 178020 PC 1911 Pro Sub-Compact is a concealability-focused .45 ACP single-action-only 1911 built by the S&W Performance Center for personal protection and sport without the bulk of a full-size Government Model. The pistol pairs a 3" stainless steel barrel with a black serrated carbon steel slide and a lightweight black Scandium Alloy frame fitted with an extended beavertail.

Chambered in .45 ACP with a single-stack 7+1 capacity, the Pro Sub-Compact ships with two 7-round magazines. Performance Center touches include an oversized external extractor, a three-hole curved aluminum trigger with overtravel stop, and a full-length guide rod. The grip and thumb safety arrangement keeps the classic 1911 control layout intact for trained shooters, while the black stippled grip panel provides positive retention in adverse conditions.

The slide wears a black finish over cocking serrations for easy press checks, and the Scandium Alloy frame keeps unloaded weight at just 26.5 oz. Adjustable 3-dot white sights deliver fast close-range target acquisition, and the pistol is rated by the manufacturer for Personal Protection and Sport. Each pistol ships in a hard case.
