Smith & Wesson M&P15-22 Sport 22 LR 16.5" 25+1 Semi-Auto Rifle - B5 Furniture

The Smith & Wesson M&P15-22 Sport brings the modern sporting rifle experience down to the cost and recoil of .22 LR. Built around a lightweight polymer receiver and fed from a 25-round detachable magazine, this semi-auto rimfire is purpose-made for high-volume plinking, skills training, and introducing new shooters to the AR-15 manual of arms. The M&P15-22 platform is compatible with most standard AR-15 components and accessories, allowing the Sport to be customized with the same stocks, grips, optics, and handguards as its centerfire siblings.

At the heart of the rifle is a 16.5" steel threaded barrel with a 1:15" twist and 1/2x28 threading, finished in matte black and capped with an A2 birdcage flash hider. The barrel is paired with an M-LOK polymer handguard for mounting lights, lasers, and bipods, and Magpul MBUS front and rear flip-up sights provide rugged aiming out of the box. A full-length Picatinny top rail allows easy optic upgrades.

The Sport B5 variant adds a premium furniture package: a black B5 Bravo adjustable stock and a matching black B5 Type 23 pistol grip, giving the rifle a more duty-rifle feel compared to the standard collapsible setup. Overall length runs 30.50" - 33.80" with the stock collapsed or extended, and total weight is a svelte 4.59 lbs, making the M&P15-22 Sport easy to carry all day at the range.
